SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

At this time, items can be returned within 7-days after the items was delivered. Items must be received in original condition. This means; unworn, unwashed, original tags are still attached, no mysterious smells or stains, and is in the same condition as when it was sent out.

If you were unable to return your order within 7 days, we offer returns for store credit within 14-days. However, keep in mind that we will deduct the cost from the refund for the shipping label(s).

• All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order.
• All sale items are final sale and will not be accepted for returns or exchanges
• At this time, we do not offer exchanges on regular priced items
• Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed from the date we receive it.
• Unapproved items will be returned at your expense

Lost Packages
If your order does not arrive on time or is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process can take up to two weeks for the investigation to be completed. Please contact us at support@lemonsnlaundry.com

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly during the checkout process. MINDFULSTYLECATION will not replace or refund any orders delivered to the wrong provided shipping address.
